Lab-grown gems are used in their jewellery to ensure that only conflict-free products are delivered.
DELIVERY
All jewellery is made to order, so please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Complimentary free delivery to all Carolina Chabert customers.
Courier delivery is also available depending on location. Please inquire for specific details.
JEWELLERY CARE
Gently wipe the surface of your jewellery with a silver or gold polishing cloth.
Avoid commercial liquid polish.
Keep your jewellery in individual pouches or within soft-lined boxes.
Remove rings when washing hands or moisturizing, gardening, DIY activities, cleaning, swimming, and exercise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
All jewellery is made-to-order; therefore, Carolina Chabert cannot accept returns.
Bespoke items are Special Orders, which means that the item will be made or customized specifically for you. Because of this tailored process, these jewellery pieces cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. However, satisfaction is guaranteed, and Carolina Chabert jewellery will work hard to correct any issues.
